How money is used
- When a subscriber is referred, their price is held from your balance.
- If they pass the quality check, you're charged. If they're rejected, the hold is released back to your balance.
- Card and PayPal processing fees (4.4% + $0.30) are added when you pay.
- Each payment has an invoice on the billing page.
Refunds
Unused balance never expires. You can ask for unused balance back within 90 days of a payment; it goes back to the card or PayPal account that paid, minus processing fees.
